Withdraw from contract

Thank you for your purchase. If you weren’t satisfied with the items, you have the right to return these items and request a refund.

Please take following information into account when returning the goods:

- The goods need to be returned to Topfanz’s address no later than 14 calendar days after receipt. The return address can be found at the bottom of this page.

- The items must be returned undamaged, in the original packaging, with all labels attached and firmly packed.

- The shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the buyer.

- When returning, ask for a proof of delivery from the parcel service and save it.

- Add the completed document to your return package.

- Personalized items (such as shirts printed with your own name, player name and/or badges) can never be returned.
