How do I order in the webshop?

Purchasing RSC Anderlecht merchandise with us is designed to be simple, quick and secure. Before you order, please ensure that:

  1. You have ordered the correct size for the product (if applicable)
  2. You are aware of the expected delivery dates for the product
  3. The desired quantity is correct
  4. You have read the Terms and Conditions

How can I cancel an order?

Cancellation is not possible. If you received your order damaged or with the wrong items please read the return policy.

How can I buy a discount code/gift card?

Gift card codes are available via this link. The gift card can only be used in the RSCA webshop and will be sent by mail.
The gift card code is also included in the confirmation email.

How long is my gift card valid?

The gift card codes are valid for 1 year from the day of purchase.

Return/exchange order?

Does your item not fit or is it not what you expected? Then you can return it to us within 14 calendar days. You can also find the return policy under this link.
Products bought online, can not be returned to the fanshop.

Can I return my personalized order?

Please note, it is not possible to return a personalized item. (Any addition of a badge, personal name, or player name will be considered personalization.)

Update order (address)

If an address update is need, please contact our customer services at webshop@rsca.be.

Can I receive an invoice for my subscription purchase?

Once you set up the invoice option -> Invoices are available and can be found in the confirmation purchase email.

Can I collect an order from a store?

At this time, this service is not available. You can visit RSC Anderlecht official retail stores at: Avenue Theo Verbeecklaan 2 1070 Brussels

My order has been canceled

If your order has been canceled, refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear on your bank statement.
Please wait until this time has passed and if your refund is still not showing in your bank account, please contact Customer Services.

Can I return my webshop order to the fanshop?

Orders placed online cannot be returned or exchanged at the Fanshop.

How do I add a discount / voucher code to my order?

Once you have added your items to the shopping card, you can add your code under the pricing section.
