Please remember that items can take 2 to 3 days to be shipped, regardless of the chosen shipping option. (Excluding framed products)
For this reason, if your order has at least one item, your item will be delivered within at least 10 days after the order date. If you have tracked your order and it has not arrived by the date specified, or you have an issue with a shipment, please contact our Customer Service department by email.
Orders above €100 in Belgium are shipped for free, for orders under €100 we charge €6,5 shipping costs (and €6 pickup point).
The following rates apply for shipments outside Belgium:

  • France, Germany, Luxembourg: €12
  • Western Europe: €25 (Austria, Finland, Ireland, Monaco, Spain, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland)
  • Belgium: €6.5 (and €6 pickup point)
  • Netherlands: €7,95
  • USA + all attached countries: €35
  • Rest of the world: €50

Delivery in Belgium takes place within 2-3 working days after ordering, for personalized items 3-4 days may be needed. For framed shirts, delivery time is longer.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a Shipping notification email which will include a tracking link. You can use this link to track your delivery in real time.
Don't forget to check your SPAM mailbox so you don't miss out on the tracking of your order.
When the product is available, the standard delivery time is 3 to 4 working days except for personalized and framed items, where delivery time is longer.

My Order

Orders placed online cannot be returned or exchanged at the Fanshop.
If your order has been canceled, refunds can take up to 14 working days to appear on your bank statement.
Please wait until this time has passed and if your refund is still not showing in your bank account, please contact Customer Services.

Products bought online, can not be returned to the Fanshop.

Once you have added your desired product on the cart and check-out, you will have to create a RSCA profile via the following link. Then you will be taken through the order form in which you will be prompted to enter information such as your delivery address, name and your payment details. After this is completed you will be shown an order confirmation page and receive a confirmation email from us which will confirm that your order is being processed.
Or you can proceed your order as a guest.

gift card codes are available via this link. The gift card can only be used in the RSCA webshop and will be sent by mail.
The gift card code is also included in the confirmation email.
Cancellation is not possible. If you received your order damaged or with the wrong items please read the return policy.
Once you have added your items to the shopping card, you can add your code under the pricing section.

Membership

You can obtain the MAUVE+ Membership via 2 different way.
The first one through this webshop link, or directly via Mauve Memberships | RSC Anderlecht.
Log in to shop.rsca.be with the profile you used to become a Mauve+ Gold member (the same Mauve ID) and click on "Mauve+ Gold" in the menu bar, not "Memberships". Choose your preferred shirt and select the corresponding product, "Mauve+ Gold Box - Home", "Mauve+ Gold Box - Away" or "Mauve+ Gold Box - 3rd". If you are logged in and did not yet order a box, the amount will drop from €150 to €0. You can now choose the size, personalise the shirt and complete your order.
As a Mauve+ Silver or Mauve+ Gold, you have priority ticket sales for league and cup matches at Lotto Park. For season 23-24, you can buy up to two tickets while stocks last.
Go to mauve.tv and login with your correct username and password.
With a Mauve TV, Mauve+ Silver and Mauve+ Gold membership, you will have access to our video platform Mauve TV.
