Delivery & return

For the deliveries of the webshop, RSCA works together with the Official Logistics Partner Bpost. They will deliver your package via the Bpost Standard Delivery service.

Delivery in Belgium takes place within 2-3 working days after ordering, for personalized items 3-4 days may be needed.

Personalised items under the 'Personalise' category have a delivery time of 10-12 working days.

Careful: some products can be put up for sale in “pre-order”, in that case pay close attention to the stated delivery date.

If your package fits in the letterbox, the courier will leave it there. If not, a delivery attempt will be made. Is nobody home? Then the courier takes your package back and tries to schedule a new delivery attempt.

Orders above €100 in Belgium are shipped for free, for orders under €100 we charge €6,5 shipping costs (or €6 pick up point).

The following rates apply for shipments outside Belgium:

  • France, Germany, Luxembourg: €12
  • Western Europe: €25 (Austria, Finland, Ireland, Monaco, Spain, Denmark, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland)
  • Belgium: €6.5 (and €6 pickup point)
  • Netherlands: €7,95
  • USA + all attached countries: €35
  • Rest of the world: €50

If the goods would not be delivered within the estimated delivery time after the confirmation by FANSHOPS.BE, the customer may cancel the order by contacting the customer service. In this case FANSHOPS.BE will refund the customer without further compensation.

Does your item not fit or is it not what you expected?
Then you can return it to us within 14 calendar days.

The item will then be refunded and you can place a new order in the webshop.
Please note, it is not possible to return a personalized item!

Please follow the following procedure:

1. Download the return form here.

2. Fill in the return form and bring your package to a Bpost office and send your package to the following address:

3. The shipping costs associated with your return are at your charge.

4. We will do the necessary and keep you informed of the status of your return.

To be eligible for a refund of the purchase price, the returned product must be unused or unworn and original packaging materials must still be intact. New and unused means that there are no stains on the article, that the article has no perfume or smoke odor and that the labels show no signs of use. In addition, price tags and other labels attached to the product must still be attached to the product. Items damaged by wearing or fitting cannot be returned. All returned items are inspected upon entry.
